These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AbroBot CRM platform at crm.mnbresearch.com and all related software and services (the "Services"), provided by AbroBot Technologies Private Limited ("AbroBot", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
AbroBot CRM is an AI-powered lead-management platform (Software-as-a-Service). It captures leads from websites, WhatsApp and forms via an AI chat agent, sends real-time alerts, and provides a pipeline, analytics, email tools and team management. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to represent your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account and your team members' accounts.
The Services are offered on subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Business, Enterprise) plus optional add-ons, as listed on our Pricing page. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). New accounts may start on a free trial; at the end of the trial or billing cycle, paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
All fees are charged in INR through our payment gateway, Cashfree Payments (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store your full card or banking details. By subscribing you authorise us and our payment partner to charge the applicable recurring amount plus taxes. The price payable is the price displayed at checkout; we may revise prices prospectively with notice.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and in compliance with applicable data-protection, anti-spam and telemarketing laws (including obtaining any required consent before contacting leads via email/WhatsApp/SMS). You are the controller of the lead data you collect and store in the CRM; we act as a processor on your behalf. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, reverse-engineer, resell (except under an authorised white-label/Enterprise agreement), or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and third-party providers (hosting, AI, messaging, payments) may affect availability. We are not liable for outages outside our reasonable control.
The AbroBot CRM software, designs, and the AbroBot™ name are owned by AbroBot Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services. You retain ownership of your own lead data and content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
