AbroBot CRM is an AI-powered lead-management platform (SaaS) provided by AbroBot Technologies Private Limited. It captures leads from your website, WhatsApp and forms with an AI chat agent, pushes them to your phone in real time, and manages your whole pipeline. Below are our plans. Signing up is free and takes a minute. The free plan is small but real — 50 records in total, plus 50 AI replies and 20 emails a month — so you can put the AI agent on your own site and watch an enquiry arrive before you pay anything. A paid plan is what lifts the ceiling and adds WhatsApp sending and the API. Starter is ₹999/month, which is the plan to start on. All payments are processed securely in INR via our Cashfree PCI-DSS compliant gateway.

Some things are the same on every plan, and we'd rather say so than dress them up as tier features: the AI agent and its knowledge, guardrails and tone are fully editable on every plan including free; so are the reports and the team leaderboard. What the tiers actually buy you is capacity — users, records, AI replies, emails, WhatsApp messages and automations — plus the REST API and webhooks on Business.
Support. We are a small team, not a helpdesk. There is no ticketing system, no support queue and no service-level agreement — what there is, is a person who answers. That is a human commitment rather than a product feature, and it is the same on every plan.
Allowances (AI replies, emails, WhatsApp messages) reset on the 1st of each month and are shown live in Settings → Plan & usage. When one runs out that feature pauses until the reset or an upgrade — nothing is deleted and no overage is charged without you choosing it. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta per message, which is why they are counted.
Extra users, extra record capacity, your own WhatsApp Business API number, or hands-on help writing the AI agent's knowledge base — none of these is a self-serve add-on you can buy at checkout today, and we are not going to print a price for something you cannot actually purchase.
