Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made on crm.mnbresearch.com, operated by AbroBot Technologies Private Limited ("AbroBot", "we", "us"). AbroBot CRM is a digital subscription service that delivers value immediately, so please read this carefully. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).

1. Signing up

Creating an account is free and no card is required. You can set up your pipeline, fields and AI agent, and the free plan includes a small working allowance (currently 50 records in total, plus 50 AI replies and 20 emails per calendar month) so you can try it properly. This is an allowance, not a time-limited trial of the paid features — it does not expire. Capacity beyond it, plus WhatsApp sending and the REST API, start at ₹999/month. Because nothing is charged until you pick a plan, there is nothing to cancel beforehand.

2. Cancellation of a subscription

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Each payment buys a fixed period (one month or one year) and simply expires at the end of it — there is no recurring mandate on your card and no charge you need to cancel to avoid. You keep full access until the period ends, after which the account becomes read-only: your data stays safe and exportable, and paying again restores access immediately. 3. Refunds

• Monthly plans are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current cycle, including partially used months.
• Billing errors / duplicate charges: if you were charged incorrectly, we will issue a full refund of the erroneous amount.
• Cooling-off: if you cancel within 3 days of a charge and have not substantially used that cycle (e.g. minimal AI usage / leads processed), you may request a full or pro-rata refund and we will review it fairly.
• Annual plans: may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused whole months, less any discount already availed, at our discretion.
• Service failure: if the Services are unavailable for a prolonged period due to a fault on our side and we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
• One-time services — any setup, migration or training engagement separately agreed with us in writing — are non-refundable once the work has been delivered or begun. We do not currently sell self-serve add-ons, so nothing of that kind can be purchased at checkout.

4. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email [email protected] (or WhatsApp +91 97114 88480) with your registered name, account/organisation ID, the plan or service concerned, and the reason. We acknowledge within 48 hours.

5. Refund processing & timelines

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, and are typically credited within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's/card issuer's processing time. No cancellation fee is charged for eligible cancellations.

6. Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we will resolve it quickly and fairly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
