Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made on crm.mnbresearch.com, operated by AbroBot Technologies Private Limited ("AbroBot", "we", "us"). AbroBot CRM is a digital subscription service that delivers value immediately, so please read this carefully. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).

1. Free trial

Every plan includes a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate AbroBot CRM before paying. We encourage you to use the trial fully. You will not be charged during the trial and can cancel before it ends at no cost.

2. Cancellation of a subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. On cancellation, your plan will not renew for the next billing cycle, and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

3. Refunds

• Monthly plans are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current cycle, including partially used months.
• Billing errors / duplicate charges: if you were charged incorrectly, we will issue a full refund of the erroneous amount.
• Cooling-off: if you cancel within 3 days of a charge and have not substantially used that cycle (e.g. minimal AI usage / leads processed), you may request a full or pro-rata refund and we will review it fairly.
• Annual plans: may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused whole months, less any discount already availed, at our discretion.
• Service failure: if the Services are unavailable for a prolonged period due to a fault on our side and we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
• Add-ons & one-time setup fees (e.g. custom AI training) are non-refundable once the work has been delivered or begun.

4. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email [email protected] (or WhatsApp +91 97114 88480) with your registered name, account/organisation ID, the plan or add-on concerned, and the reason. We acknowledge within 48 hours.

5. Refund processing & timelines

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, and are typically credited within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's/card issuer's processing time. No cancellation fee is charged for eligible cancellations.

6. Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we will resolve it quickly and fairly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
